PremierIMS was formed in November of 2008 with the dynamic merger of two most prestigious mailing companies - long time friends in the industry - International Mailing Systems and The Premier Company. Norm Pegram is CEO. Geno Baiamonte serves as President. The combined experience of the two companies both located in Houston Texas, offers more than 100 years of stability and excellence.

International Mailing Meets Domestic Direct Mail Marketing.

International Mailing Systems was founded in 1981 by Norm Pegram and has grown to become the largest independent mailing company in Houston. IMS is the only mailing company in Houston, Texas with two onsite USPS post offices with USPS staff on site to clear all classes of mail. From there the mail is dispatched across the country to SCF destinations resulting in huge cost savings to customers. The company is also the Texas source for resident mailing lists. Norm Pegram is the 2009 winner of the Luke Kaiser Education Award, a National award presented by the Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association.

The Premier Company was established in 1925 by the late Luke Kaiser and remained in his family as one of Houston's most established printing, mailing and fulfillment companies. Premier was a nationwide leader in the industry and recognized both locally and Nationally for excellence. Luke Kaiser is listed in the National Direct Marketing Hall of Fame and a founding member of the Mailing Fulfillment Services Association Southwest more than 50 years ago.
