Premier has continually been recognized for excellence for more than 80 years.

Premier most recently received the 2006 Better Business Bureau Winner of Distinction Award for Excellence. In 2005 Premier was recognized by the Houston Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and by the Fasson Brand, a division of Avery Dennison, for their "Take a Break" campaign. Premier received two top Crystal awards from the AMA and the National Fasson Choice award from the Fasson Brand.

Premier has three times been named a "Texas Family Business of the Year" by Baylor University in the categories of Well Managed, Community Service and Founder's Award. Premier is also a past three time winner of the Houston Awards for Excellence, sponsored by the Better Business Bureau of Houston. The company received a Houston Drug Free Award by the Mayor's office of the City of Houston. Premier has also been recognized as a Shell Oil Advertising and Marketing Supplier of the Year and received numerous awards of excellence in printing by the Printing Industries. Premier's Newsletter, Premier Impressions, was named to the Graphic Arts Monthly Newsletter Hall of Fame by Graphic Arts Monthly, New York. Premier has received recent recognition in publications including: The Houston Business Journal, The Daily Court Review, Reliant Energy- Your Business, Printing Impressions, and DM News, New York.
