International Mailing systems was founded in 1981 by Norm Pegram and has grown to become the largest independent mailing company in Houston. IMS is the only mailing company in Houston with two onsite post offices with USPS staff there full time to clear all classes of mail. From there the mail is dispached across the country to SCF destinations resulting in huge cost savings to their customers. The company is also the Texas source for resident mailing lists.
The Premier Company was established in 1925 by the late Luke Kaiser and remained in his family as one of Houston's most established printing, mailing and fulfillment companies. Premier was a nationwide leader in the industry and recognized both locally and nationally for excellence. Luke Kaiser is listed in the National Direct Marketing Hall of Fame along with industry greats, Leon L. Bean, Aaron Montgomery Ward and Richard Sears to name a few.
Luke Kaiser was a founding member of the Mailing Advertising Services Association (MASA Southwest) 50 years ago. Norm Pegram was the 2008 President of this organization, (now MFSA Southwest)
